Mr. Choudhary, a Science graduate, is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the fields of construction, real-estate, infrastructure-projects, which have eventually led ZDPL's foray into Project Development and Management, both in India and abroad. Mr. Choudhary promoted Zoom Developers (P) Limited in the year 1991 along with his father-in-law Mr. B.L. Kejriwal. Over a period of time, he has developed the group with a turnover of USD 500 Million and net-worth of USD 220 Million. The shareholding of Zoom Developers (P) Limited is controlled by 5 holding Companies.

Management graduate with around 16 years experience in Operation and Corporate Finance including handling of Public Issue, and treasury management. Experienced in managing Banks, Institutional and Statutory Undertakings for different financial negotiations for project and working capital requirements. Associated with Zoom for the last 11 years; presently handling corporate finance and other corporate issues.

A Company Secretary with over 18 Years experience in Company administration and Corporate affairs overseeing Legal, Secretarial and Accounting functions. He has previously worked with Central Bank of India. He is the Group's Company Secretary and Executive Vice President of the Corporate group.
