Mr. Santosh is an IT industry veteran having more than 18 years of experience in blue-chip organizations like PwC, IBM and ICICI. He has been heading mid-tier IT companies as CEO since last five years with expertise in BFSI, Energy & Utility, Agriculture, Retail and Government verticals. He has been associated with National e-Governance Plan of Government of India since its inception and has been instrumental in execution of big ticket projects of national importance in the areas of land record, property registration, driving license, state wide area network, state data centres, citizen service centres etc. He has contributed significantly in improving the retail landscape in India by successfully running more than 10000 rural retail network. He is an engineering graduate from National Institute of technology, Rourkela and MBA ( Gold Medallist) from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. .

Avinash has over 16 years of experience in IT in the areas of Product Engineering, application development & maintenance (ADM) and Enterprise Solutions. He has wide experience in IT Project Lifecycle Management for many fortune-500 companies. Before joining Panache, he was associated with Interra IT for over 6 years and responsible for the growth of product engineering and consulting line of business including helping in acquisition of new accounts and establishing the practice to support the unique requirements of its various clients. Prior to Interra, He was also associated with TATA group for 5 plus years where he played a pivotal role in replacing P2P in-house messaging application with IBM MQ based system based on Hub and Spoke architecture. He was also a part of one of the largest SAP implementation in India during late 90s. He possesses B.Tech in Computer Engineering from IT-BHU, Varanasi. .
