Doug Holden
Chairman/Cofounder, iSmart Panache, Inc
Doug has 17 years experience in the Software and Technology consulting business. He spent ten years at KPMG Consulting and attained the level of Executive VP and was a member of the Executive Committee. As an EVP, Doug was responsible for all solutions development and ran KPMG's global CRM (Customer Relationship management) practice. He led the creation of CRM practices in the UK, Australia and Latin America. Doug also spent almost two years as the CEO of a publicly traded systems integration company. He managed the company through the downturn between 2000 and 2002, dramatically cutting fixed and variable costs, and provided a vision to transform the company into a sustainable blended shore services company in partnership with HCL Technologies. Doug earned his BS degree from San Jose State University and his MBA form The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Manish Gupta
President & CEO
Manish has extensive experience in the Strategy and Technology consulting business. He has successfully build world class enterprise solutions, sales and global operations team as well as structured various JVs & acquisitions.
Previously, as Executive Vice President at Zamba Solutions a leading US based CRM services company, Manish was responsible for global delivery operations and helped position Zamba as a leading CRM services company in North America. Manish also structured and ran a joint venture with HCL Technology; an India based Global Services Company. Manish also worked at KPMG Consulting where he served as Director of CRM Solutions, North America. There, he launched, sold and delivered enterprise solutions to some of the leading US corporations in the Hi-tech, Financial Services and Telecom verticals. Manish has worked in close partnership with leading technology companies (Cisco, Oracle, Amdocs, Genesys, Aspect, Microsoft, HP, SAP, etc.) Earlier in his career, Manish has also worked with Cap Gemini Ernst and Young LLP and Xerox Corporation.
Manish received his MBA in Global Service Operations Management and Competitive Strategy from the William E. Simon School of Business, University of Rochester (NY), and a BS in Computer Engineering.

Leonard Palomino
Executive Vice President, Client Operations
 
Leonard has worked over 25 years in the software/service industry and has held Management and executive management positions with several leading firms including Greenplum Inc., Informix Software, InfoGain Corporation, Century Analysis Inc., and CBS Inc. Most recently Leonard served as the VP Client Services for Greenplum (BI/Datawarehouse software). In his 4 years as COO and then President of InfoGain, Leonard was responsible directing the world wide operations of the company. In his over 13 years with Informix Software, Leonard held a number of positions ranging from U.S, Director/Executive Director of Client Services, VP of Advanced Technology Group operating world wide, VP of Professional Services, and in 1998 was named VP and GM of the newly formed Datawarehouse Division.

Bob Indihar
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Bob has more than 23 years experience in the Technology sector with responsibilities spanning consulting, sales and delivery as well as corporate IT management. Prior to joining iSmart Panache he was responsible for driving SOA focused services revenues through global systems integrators for the Worldwide Services Partner organization at BEA Systems. Prior to BEA, Bob held Business Development Executive positions for 5 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he led large enterprise solution sales in the areas of Security & Identity Management, CRM, and ERP. Bob was also a top achiever as a Business Development Executive for ZAMBA Solutions, selling CRM consulting strategy and implementation services. Prior to his consulting experience, Bob spent over 10 years in various internal IT management positions for the Satellite Data Networks Group of General Instrument and the captive semiconductor facility of Unisys Corporation. Bob earned his BS degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Minnesota State University – Mankato.

Narayanan Karu
Vice President, Finance
Narayanan Karu has over 20 years of financial, accounting and operational experience. Prior to joining iSmart Panache in April 2007, Narayanan Karu worked at Cypress Semiconductor Inc for 11 years, where he played a key role in the successful divestiture of a business unit for $53M to a private equity firm. During his tenure at Cypress Semiconductor, he served as a Controller for multiple business units including $400M product line, world wide manufacturing, technology, IT and design. Prior to Cypress, Narayanan Karu held management positions at PSL Ltd. and Solidaire Ltd. Narayanan Karu holds an MBA from University of Louisiana, a CMA from the Institute of Management Accountants, New Jersey, is a Chartered Accountant from India and completed the CPA exam in the state of California.
