Riaz
Naqvi has a distinguished career as a senior officer in the Indian Government
for over 25 years. Mr Naqvi has served as a Chief of Staff to Ministers of commerce
& supply, electronics, renewable sources of energy, science & technology
and information & broadcasting. Mr. Naqvi has been the enabling interface
of success between private and public sectors throughout his career and is considered
"ultimate insider" in political as well as industry circles.
As the ambassador of the IT industry, he was to act as an international business
development hub in Silicon Valley as part of the foreign trade and marketing and
promotion effort for IT industry. He has attracted and facilitated numerous FORTUNE
500 companies of USA and Europe to establish their presence in India - i.e. 3Com,
Maxim Semi-Conductors facilities in Bangalore, Cadence - IT off shoring &
Software Development facilities in Noida and many more that have benefited from
his knowledge and access to important decision makers. Simultaneously, he has
exposed the Indian IT majors to the US & European markets. Mr.
Naqvi traveled over 30 countries and has been a champion of free trade, particularly
for the Indian software industry that has grown from $100M in 1990 to $12B in
2003. He
earned a special praise from the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India at a National
IT Award function addressed by him on 29th May, 1999 for developing and implementing
the policies successfully in the direction of India's IT exports.

Menahem Shalgi
Mr.
Menahem Shalgi is a senior Amdocs (NYSE:DOX) veteran, and brings over three decades
of software and telecom industry experience.
Mr. Shalgi most
recently served as Amdocs' Vice
President of
Business
Development and Merger
& Acquisitions (M&A).
He was responsible for leading the company's new businesses strategy such as CRM,
IP, Fraud, PrePay and OSS. In addition, Mr. Shalgi was responsible for investments
and acquisitions, and in particular led the acquisitions of Clarify (from Nortel,
for $200 Mil.) as well as ITDS ($182 Mil.) and Solect ($1056 Mil.). Prior to assuming
the role of corporate Business Development and M&A, Mr. Shalgi was Amdocs
VP and Executive Account Manager, responsible for Marketing, Sales, Development
and Support for large international accounts including Australia, Japan, New Zealand,
Korea, China and Thailand. Mr. Shalgi earlier held a broad range of technology
leadership positions including CEO of Wiztec (A
fully owned subsidiary of Digital Equipment Co.) ;
Amdocs Director of Software Development, Managing Director of an Amdocs Australian
subsidiary, VP Software Products and Marketing Division at Yael Software ,
IT Division Manager at the Bank of Israel , Director of software development
at New Jersey based Applied Data Research and an
extensive experience in other
software
project management roles. Mr.
Shalgi won the Israeli Processing Association award for the year of 1972.
