Facilitate designing of User Requirements (Project Specific). Development of Solution Design document. Solution Deployment. Onsite GenseysTrouble Shooting. Development of Genesys related Applications

"CTI/ACD/CC/Voice experience in Genesys, Avaya, Nortel, Concerto, Davox, Genesys framework,
Cisco Media gateway (Any one of these) with CTI and IVR exposure
Predictive Dialers e.g., Dialogic
Software: Voice XML, SIP, VOIP (minimum one)
Languages - Java, C ++, VB, .NET (minimum one)
OS knowledge e.g. WIN, UNIX, Solaris etc (maximum exposure preferred)
RDBMS: MSSQL, Oracle (minimum one)
Dialers: Concerto, Avaya Mosaix (minimum one)
Good exposure to demanding customers.
International exposure will be an added advantage.
