In order to provide highly focused attention to our clients’ objectives and results, we internally assign our resources to client teams. Unlike other organizations that service their clients from horizontal pools of resources, we have found that client focused management and teams provide the best results and enable our resources to most effectively engage as an extension of our clients.

Often times our resources are interviewed and selected by our clients as part of our internal acceptance process to ensure we have completely satisfied their resource needs. As an ongoing practice, we hire talented resources into one of our four domain pools until such a time that they are assigned to a client team.
