The scope of this activity is dependent on the depth and breadth of functional areas within the TIEES methodology we are going to assess.
This detailed data gathering, assessment, and planning activity prepares a potential client and ourselves for the most effective engagement model to contractually engage – minimizing risks of partnering prior to any significant commitments. As we “build-to-suit” each client team, the specific benefits and challenges are identified and communicated in typically a four week or less engagement.
