As
CEO, he is responsible for formulating and executing the long-term strategies
that position BearingPoint as a professional services leader in strategy, business
process expertise and technology. Mr. McGeary has been a member of the Company's
Board of Directors since August 1999, and he currently serves on the Executive
Committee of the Board. Previously, he was the chief executive officer of Brience,
Inc., a wireless and broadband company, from April 2000 to July 2002.
From
August 1997 until April 2000, he served as co-chief executive officer and co-president
of the KPMG Consulting and helped lead the consolidation of KPMG LLP's global
consulting practices into a single business unit. From 1994 through 1996, he headed
the west coast consulting business for KPMG LLP. Prior to 1994, Mr. McGeary served
in a number of positions for KPMG LLP as a consulting partner and as an assurance
partner. He currently serves as a director of BroadVision, Inc., Cisco Systems,
Inc., GoRemote, Inc., and Evident Software, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant
and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University.

Paul
Ciandrini has been Chief Operating Officer, responsible for worldwide sales, consulting,
marketing, product management, channel and business development since March of
2004. Mr. Ciandrini was most recently Senior Vice President of North American
application sales at Oracle. Under Mr. Ciandrini's leadership, Oracle's North
American Applications Sales Organization grew its application sales revenue by
43% year over year. Prior to his work at Oracle, Mr. Ciandrini managed BearingPoint's
(formerly KPMG Consulting's) high technology practice and then served as Group
Executive Vice President, with responsibilities for over $700 million in annual
revenue and a seat on BearingPoint's executive committee. Mr. Ciandrini has also
worked as Vice President of Marketing for Walker Interactive Systems, positioning
the company through its initial public offering.

Mr. YP Sahni has
30 years of experience in consulting and assisting Indian Companies in Organization
Building and IT Strategy. Mr. Sahni is rightly considered as one of the leading
leaders of IT industry in India and was one of the Founder Member of Tata Consultancy
Services (TCS) for over 25years. As as President & COO with TCS, he was responsible
for supervising the Management consulting part of the business and headed several
large management consulting assignments. He was also responsible for Organization
Development, Strategic Planning for new businesses and managing high level relationships
and business development both in International and Domestic markets. Mr. Sahni
also actively involved in setting up international alliance and partnerships and
has remarkable experience in dealing with Organization and cultural issues in
Acquisition and Merger situations.
Mr. Sahni holds an honors degree in
Mathematics and Masters in Applied Statistics. He attended the ISMP program at
Harvard Business School in summer 1991 and is a fellow member of Institute of
Management Consultants of India (IMCI).

He
has with more than 30 years of experience in the global banking industry. His
career spans thirty years in International Banking and three years in Information
Technology. He was President of eFunds International; a wholly owned subsidiary
of the NYSE listed eFunds Corporation, a US based I.T. company, from 2000 to 2003.
Prior
to this, he was Managing Director and CEO of the South Asia Region of ING Barings,
the Netherlands' based Corporate and Investment Bank. Earlier he was an Executive
Director with the Merrill Lynch International Bank, London, Merrill's International
Private Bank. In the mid Nineties he was CEO and Country Manager of the Indian
Operations of the Dubai based MashreqBank. He was COO of Commercial Bank of Oman,
Muscat, a subsidiary of the Bahrain based Gulf International Bank in the early
Nineties. From the mid-Seventies to the late eighties he was at the American Express
Bank where he served in the US, UK and India, his final assignment being Vice
President and Country Corporate Banking Head. He started his banking career with
the then National and Grindlays Bank, in 1970 and served in India and the U.K.
He has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a Master's in Management Sciences
from the University of Bombay.

Doug has 17 years experience
in the Software and Technology consulting business. He spent ten years at KPMG
Consulting and attained the level of Executive VP and was a member of the Executive
Committee. As an EVP, Doug was responsible for all solutions development and ran
KPMG's global CRM (Customer Relationship management) practice. He led the creation
of CRM practices in the UK, Australia and Latin America. Doug also spent almost
two years as the CEO of a publicly traded systems integration company. He managed
the company through the downturn between 2000 and 2002, dramatically cutting fixed
and variable costs, and provided a vision to transform the company into a sustainable
blended shore services company in partnership with HCL Technologies.

Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Manish has extensive
experience in the Strategy and Technology consulting business. Manish has successfully
build and led world class solutions, sales and global delivery operations team
as well as structured various JVs & acquisitions.
Most recently as
a General Manager, at a US-based services company, he was responsible for managing
software services, tech support and application management business. Previously,
as Executive Vice President at Zamba Solutions a leading US based CRM services
company, Manish was responsible for global delivery operations and helped position
Zamba as a leading CRM services company in North America.
Before Zamba, Manish
worked at KPMG Consulting where he served as Director of CRM Solutions. There,
he developed, sold and delivered enterprise CRM solutions to some of the leading
US corporations, in partnership with leading technology companies. Manish has
also worked with Cap Gemini Ernst and Young LLP and Xerox Corporation .
Manish
received his MBA in Global Service Operations Management and Competitive Strategy
from the William E. Simon School of Business, University of Rochester, and a BS
in Computer Engineering.
