Doug
Holden
Chairman
Doug
has 17 years experience in the Software and Technology consulting business. He
spent ten years at KPMG Consulting and attained the level of Executive VP and
was a member of the Executive Committee. As an EVP, Doug was responsible for all
solutions development and ran KPMG's global CRM (Customer Relationship management)
practice. He led the creation of CRM practices in the UK, Australia and Latin
America. Doug also spent almost two years as the CEO of a publicly traded systems
integration company. He managed the company through the downturn between 2000
and 2002, dramatically cutting fixed and variable costs, and provided a vision
to transform the company into a sustainable blended shore services company in
partnership with HCL Technologies.
Doug earned his BS degree from San
Jose State University and his MBA form The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth
College.

Manish
Gupta
President & CEO
Manish
has 12 years experience in the Strategy and Technology consulting business. Manish
has successfully build and led world class solutions, sales and global delivery
operations team as well as structured various JVs & acquisitions.
Most
recently as a General Manager, at a US-based services company, he was responsible
for managing software services, tech support and application management business.
Previously, as Executive Vice President at Zamba Solutions a leading US based
CRM services company, Manish was responsible for global delivery operations and
helped position Zamba as a leading CRM services company in North America.
Before Zamba, Manish worked at KPMG Consulting where he served as Director of
CRM Solutions. There, he developed, sold and delivered enterprise CRM solutions
to some of the leading US corporations, in partnership with leading technology
companies. Manish has also worked with Cap Gemini Ernst and Young LLP and Xerox
Corporation .
Manish received his MBA in Global Service Operations Management
and Competitive Strategy from the William E. Simon School of Business, University
of Rochester, and a BS in Computer Engineering.

Steven Padilla
Executive Vice President of Operations
Steve has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of consulting and operations management. His industry background spans software services, high technology, aerospace and heavy industrial manufacturing.
Prior to joining iSmart Panache he spent twelve years with Oracle Consulting where he achieved the level of Senior Director.
During this period he performed a variety of roles including Global Services Account Management, Project and Program Management, management of Strategic Consulting initiatives for the Industrial Sector, and Practice Management for one of the highest performing practices in Oracle’s Global CRM Consulting organization. He also worked on transitioning services organizations during two acquisitions, as well as on consulting alliances with software partners. Prior to joining Oracle he worked in consulting for Ernst & Young LLP and The ASK Group. Non consulting experience includes many years in the field of Materials and Operations Management for Parker-Hannifin, Trico Industries and Sargent Aerospace.
Steve received his BA from California State University, Fullerton and his MBA from the Argyros School of Business at Chapman University.

Bob Indihar
Vice President Sales & Marketing
Bob has more than 22 years experience in the Technology sector with responsibilities spanning consulting, sales and delivery as well as corporate IT management. Prior to joining iSmart Panache he was responsible for driving SOA focused services revenues through global systems integrators for the Worldwide Services Partner organization at BEA Systems.
Prior to BEA, Bob held Business Development Executive positions for 5 years at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP where he lead large enterprise solution sales in the areas of Security & Identity Management, CRM, and ERP. Bob was also a top achiever as a Business Development Executive for ZAMBA Solutions, selling CRM consulting strategy and implementation services. Prior to his consulting experience, Bob spent over 10 years in various internal IT management positions for the satellite data networks group of General Instrument and the captive semiconductor facility of Unisys Corporation.
Bob earned his BS degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Minnesota State University – Mankato.

Sunil
Aggarwal
VP, Delivery
Sunil
has over 20 years of experience in the Software and Technology consulting business.
He spent thirteen years at HCL Technologies and was responsible for many of their
key technology initiatives. As a Director for Offshore projects, Sunil was responsible
for Applications division and managed many strategic relationships for HCL. Sunil
was instrumental in starting the first offshore development center (a SEI CMM
level 5 certified center) for HCL and managed it to grow to 300 people strong.
He was also associated with University of Berkeley as faculty member for E-Commerce
architecture level courses. Prior to HCL, Sunil has spent 7 years with C-DOT,
a prestigious Govt. of India setup for Telecom research, in various roles including
architect and head of Quality assurance functions.
Sunil earned his BE
degree from BITS, Pilani and MS from IIT, Delhi.
