In our Extended Team Services offerings we create a unique “one team” partnership by extending our client’s teams with skilled and cost effective Panache team members. We deploy resources within the processes, metrics, and management structures of our client companies; if already well established, or we will assist emerging clients develop the processes and metrics required to effectively compete.

Our key skill competencies are highlighted within our TIEES methodology, which defines five of the strategic functional areas a software or technology company must perform: Technical Customer Support Services, Implementation/Professional Services, Engineering/QA Services, Education Services, and Sales Support.

As we build the client specific technology skill sets within each of these competencies, we promote flexibility of these resources and skill sets across functional “silos” to best utilize these resources in order to maximize value – which is especially beneficial for emerging clients and new market growth.

 

Technical Support Services

Providing the proper level of customer technical support is critical for any technology company. Doing it in a cost effective and scalable approach is equally important. Panache offers Tier 1, 2, and 3 levels of technical support for our clients in a build-to-suit manner that leverages onsite, offsite, and/or offshore deployment models.

We jointly determine the most appropriate model to support the targeted customer base and service level agreements required. We will also determine the appropriate training and certification levels for the team members’ technical skills to properly service the customer base, as well as utilize the appropriate tracking tools, metrics, and reporting mechanisms required.

We will leverage the client specific technical skills obtained for this function to benefit the other functional areas of our clients. Examples include providing defect feedback loops into engineering, or supporting new client implementations with onsite technical support resources.

Implementation Services

The Professional Services organizations of software companies, or the Field Operations organizations of technology companies are critical to the growth and revenue attainment of these companies. We obtain and train resources skilled in client specific technology implementations and extend the deployment bandwidth for the company typically in one of three models:

  • As an extension of your Professional Services organization. We will “white label” our resources to be a true extension of your team and support your organization side by side with your own PS employees.
  • As your Professional Services organization. In certain cases or geographies where our clients do not have the bandwidth or established presence of PS resources, we perform the implementation functions for you within your contractual terms.
  • As a Channel/Implementation Partner. Under certain situations when required or desired by our clients, we will also play an implementation Partner role and perform projects directly for our clients’ customers on a Panache contractual arrangement.

Because our implementation skilled team members have specialized skills in each of our clients’ technologies, we typically will dedicate a team in a longer term contractual arrangement to guarantee availability and up to date SW release training.

Engineering Services

At the core of any software or technology company is the engineering function. The growth and innovation of a company’s engineering capabilities is typically a key enabler to competing and winning against the competition.

Budgets, bandwidth, and timelines are also a reality and constraint that most companies are constantly dealing with. We recognize this and design our Engineering Services capabilities to quickly and cost effectively extend our clients’ engineering functions – while becoming an integrated part of the team in our “one team” model.

Added bandwidth for most of our clients is typically needed in one or more of the following areas: new product development, field engineering, legacy product sustenance, or software QA. We establish the appropriate core skill sets and deploy with flexibility per our clients needs.

We often also have the opportunity to design and build applications or product extensions to enhance or add value to our clients’ offerings. We are always open to investigating joint investment projects with our clients for the mutual benefit of our relationship.

Education Services

Whether the Education function within our clients is a profit center or designed as a customer enablement activity or cost center, we can provide cost effective solutions to assist this function.

In APAC and more specifically India, we have facilities to house client certified and labeled Training Centers. This activity can range from merely providing the facility to host training classes, all the way to running the complete Education function for the region – providing trainers, training registration and logistics coordination, course development, and Education leadership.

We are also growing our eLearning development capabilities which we will target to support training and education capabilities globally.

Sales Support Services

Growth in any organization starts with the scalability and effectiveness of the Sales function. In emerging companies or new markets, additional Sales Support is often required to create or follow through on opportunities in order to achieve highly visible sales targets.

Our clients have required extended team resources for a variety of needs: technical sales engineers to support sales calls and Proof of Concept / technology pilot activities; lead generation assistance; and technical enablement for Channel Partners. All of these requirements depend on a core technical capability specific to our clients’ product/service. The flexibility within our deployment model may allow for assistance from our existing Tech Support, Engineering, or Implementation team resources, or a separate dedicated team is required due to the frequency and need of these activities.

A build-to-suit approach it taken with each client and the targeted Sales growth will proactively drive the best model to deploy our extended team services for this function.
